The 6 steps
Step 1
Pay at the terminal.
Tap your card or phone on the reader and wait for the confirmation.
Step 2
Bring your bike in.
The door opens. Push your bike inside and center it, with the handlebars straight.
Step 3
Close the door.
Step out of the cabin, close the door and turn the handle until it locks.
Step 4
Start the wash.
Press the blue button, then stand clear during the cycle.
Step 5
Get your bike.
The light turns green when it's done. Unlock the door and take your bike out.
Step 6
Dry it off.
Use the air gun to blow the water off the chain, brakes and frame.
Two cycles
Short cycle
Quick rinse and wash. Perfect for fresh mud after a ride.
Full cycle
Deep clean with more brushing and rinsing time.
Tips
- Remove your bag, computer and any accessory that is not waterproof.
- Close battery covers properly on an e-bike.
- Never leave a loose item inside the cabin.
- Re-lube the chain after drying.

Emergency stop
The red button on the machine cuts everything immediately. Use it without hesitation if in doubt, then contact us.
