The 6 steps
Step 1
Pay at the terminal
Tap your card or phone on the reader. Wait for the confirmation signal.
Step 2
Roll your bike in
The door opens. Roll your bike inside and centre it, handlebars straight.
Step 3
Close and lock
Step out of the cabin, close the door and turn the handle until it locks.
Step 4
Press the blue button
The blue button starts the cycle. Stand clear while the wash runs.
Step 5
Wait for the cycle to end
The light turns green when it is done. Unlock and take your bike out.
Step 6
Drying
Use the air blower to clear water from the chain, brakes and frame.
Two cycles
Short cycle
Quick rinse and wash. Perfect for fresh mud after a ride.
Full cycle
Deep clean with more brushing and rinsing time.
Tips
- Remove your bag, computer and any accessory that is not waterproof.
- Close battery covers properly on an e-bike.
- Never leave a loose item inside the cabin.
- Re-lube the chain after drying.

Emergency stop
The red button on the machine cuts everything immediately. Use it without hesitation if in doubt, then contact us.
